Privacy policy

This policy explains what data is collected when you use passthechallenge.com (the "site"), why, and your choices. The site is operated by Andre. You can reach us through the contact form.

What we collect

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

We use Google Consent Mode v2. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. Google tags then run in a restricted, cookieless mode and ads are limited to non-personalised measurement. They only use cookies if you click "Accept". You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We may also use Google’s certified consent management platform for these regions; if so, its message replaces our banner.

Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR): consent for analytics and advertising cookies; legitimate interests for basic security and hosting logs.

Your choices

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws such as California’s), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. We don’t sell personal data for money. Because we don’t hold accounts, most data sits with Google; contact us and we’ll help where we can.

Data transfers and retention

Google and Cloudflare may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Analytics settings (no longer than 14 months).

Children

The site isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We’ll update this page if our practices change, and change the date above.
